Founded in 2019 by Sue Binney, we are a small independent company providing an extensive range of disability services throughout NSW and QLD, predominantly serving the Bathurst region for care services. We can service all of Australia for plan management.
As a parent to a child with a disability, Sue began working with the NDIS scheme to create positive change within the system. Throughout our years of business, our number one priority has been to support Australians living with disabilities, encouraging them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
At Minka Blue, you have the security of knowing we are an NDIS-registered company offering plan management, support coordination, supported independent living, in-home care and short-stay accommodation. We also host a fun variety of group activities and training classes for adults and children at our Bathurst hub as well as in Orange and Brisbane
Based on our personal experiences in providing care for our families and community, we aim to create excellent home-based services for people with disabilities. With our support, people with disabilities can achieve independence and live the lifestyle of their choosing. We conduct all of our programs ethically and honestly.
It’s important to us that we create long-lasting relationships with our clients. Our staff are fully trained and qualified to fulfil their roles; however, they are much more than their duties. As disability support workers, we do everything from the heart, treating each and every client like family.

Our NDIS plan managers are here to support you with advice on how to use your funding, tracking your budget, and ensure prompt payment to your providers.
We provide support coordination for clients who require guidance and coaching in understanding their NDIS plan and those who would benefit from community, mainstream and other government services.
Our core services include in-home care, emotional support and short-stay accommodation for people with disabilities. We can currently provide these services in the Bathurst region and in 2023 will be opening branches in Brisbane and Gold coast.
We offer supported independent living services for clients who require constant supervision or who have intensive medical needs. Getting approved for SIL is a lengthy process but we are experienced in achieving great outcomes for our clients to help them get approval for this NDIS service.
Keen for a guys night out or a pamper sesh with the girls? We host a fun range of group activities and educational classes at our Bathurst centre.
